Setup the initial email accounts. Additional accounts can be added at any future time for $1 per email address.
Setup the initial FTP and/or Frontpage accounts. Additional accounts can be added at any future time for $1 per account.
Setup one Google Analytics account for your website.

This includes any graphic or content changes to a website, any custom script installation and general maintenance.

Service Agreement
1. Initial Design
We understand that the initial design of a website, or any new features added to a website, may require some additional changes to fit exactly what you need. You will have 20% of the total time of completion available as credit to suggest any changes before incurring any additional charges. Anything beyond this time allowance will be billed the standard rate, and be counted as standard labor.*
This time does not "roll over" or count towards anything other than making initial design revisions to a new product. This is to allow you a fair amount of time to make initial design revisions to a new product.
* This means that if you wanted a new function on your existing website, and it was quoted to take 3 hours of labor, once the design has been shown for approval, you can suggest changes to the design; you would have 36 minutes of credit available. (20% of 3 hours is 36 minutes) Which would mean 36 minutes of development time at no cost.
2. Amends and Revisions
Any changes to the design of the website, once it is past the initial design phase (see above clause), will be billed at the standard hourly rate of $50/hour.
3. Client Delays
Any content that is to be provided by you (text, images, PDFs, etc), must be received within two (2) weeks of the project's completion date. If there happens to be a delay and this content does not reach our designers by that time, the final payment will still be due and payable on the completion date. Any additional content can be added to the site at the standard hourly rate of $50/hour.
4. Rights of Ownership
The design, layout, graphics, text, and HTML that we create for your web project belong to you, and are copyrighted as such. You may freely change or adapt the website yourself or by any other outside developer at your own discretion.
Custom applications programmed for your website will be copyrighted and belong to eCare, however you are free to modify these files as you wish as long as they retain any copyright information in code comments, and are being used on the original domain they were designed for.
Any new website built from eCare must retain a link to eCarewebsolutions.com in the footer.
Source files (.psd, .fla, etc) are available for 15% of the total cost of the web project.
5. Legal Clauses
I. Limitation of Liability
eCare web solutions is not responsible for any losses your business or website may suffer due to an interruption of service, loss of data, or any other means outside of our control. If eCare fails to meet our deadline, we will credit you with 5% of the total cost of the current web project.
II. Cancellation
If you decide to cancel the web services agreed upon, eCare will retain any deposits made for the work, and depending on the phase of the project, you will be responsible for paying a percentage of the remaining balance.
Design/HTML Phase: 40% Production/Copyrighting Phase: 75%
6. Milestones and Project Completion
When you request an estimate, you will be presented with a completion date. Between the time you submit your request and project completion, there will be milestones that the project will reach. Before the site reaches the next milestone, we will go over the current design and confirm we are ready to move on.
I. Milestones
1. Design/HTML - This includes but is not limited to: font selection, colors of website and text, general layout of data on the website, website navigation, and graphic designs used for the structure of the layout.
2. Production/Copyrighting - This includes but is not limited to inserting any text, PDFs, or images provided by you, or insertion of any content that is otherwise not related to the layout of the website. This phase also includes any programming such as form submission, or advanced/server programming.
3. Launch - Launch is when the design is ready to be put on the internet to accept traffic. If you purchased any other of our Web Services such as FTP and Email setup, this is when they will be configured.
II. Completion
Site Completion means that all of the previous phases have been met and approved, and your site is ready to accept visitors. Any changes made after site completion will fall into the regular hourly rate of $50/hour.
7. Client and/or Third Party Page Modifications
eCare is not responsible to correct any changes made by you and/or any third party. Our hourly rate is $50/hour and will gladly service a maintenance request.
8. Maintenance and Technical Support
Maintenance to your website is available at the standard hourly rate of $50/hour. Please look at our Managed Services to get a better idea of some of the configuration packages that are available if your website is hosted through eCare. Technical Support is always available for free* through Email, Support Tickets, and Phone.
* Free technical support means anything regarding your website or any configurations on our side. Technical walkthroughs for things such as setting up email clients (Thunderbird, Outlook Express, etc.) or connecting via FTP are available for $10 each via Email or $20/Hour on the Phone.
9. Payment Terms
When developing a new website, or performing maintenance on an existing website, we will first give an estimate of the approximate hours it will take to complete, as well as a completion date. Forty percent (40%) of the total cost of the project must be paid as a deposit before any work will begin. As the project progresses, twenty percent (20%) of the total cost of the project will be due upon the beginning of a new milestone.

Production: 20%
Launch: 20%
If the time it takes to develop the site is less than the initial estimate, you will be credited the difference.
